Collaborate with pastoral and safeguarding teams, families, and external professionals
Maintain confidential and accurate records in line with safeguarding policies
Qualified in counselling, psychotherapy, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ counselling experience, ideally with under-18s
Experienced in both individual and group support settings
Knowledgeable about safeguarding practices and working within a team environment
Skilled in a range of counselling techniques and maintaining professional boundaries
