Digital Media Buyer Social

About the role

As a Digital Media Buyer (Social) at Rubio Monocoat, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital media campaigns across social media platforms such as Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) and TikTok. You play a crucial role in achieving business, sales, and marketing objectives by developing and executing effective media strategies. You work closely with the marketing team and various digital stakeholders to continuously drive improvements.

You are a smart, ambitious, and hands-on digital marketer with experience in social media buying. You possess strong analytical skills and can quickly anticipate trends and changes in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning – Develop long-term strategy and account set-up for Meta and TikTok Ads.
• KPI Structures & Measurement – Define KPIs and establish measurement frameworks to accurately monitor performance.
• Performance Optimization – Continuously optimize media campaigns through A/B testing, AI/ML-driven features, and budget allocation.
• Reporting & Analysis – Report to stakeholders on ROI, ROAS, and CPA, and propose optimizations.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing – Share knowledge within the marketing team and implement best practices.
• Collaboration – Work closely with the GMP Buyer and E-Com Manager(s) for synergy between online sales and performance marketing.
• Trends & Innovation – Research new social media features and industry trends to stay up-to-date.

Your profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital media buying, specializing in social media advertising.
• In-depth knowledge and certification of Meta Business Suite (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with automation in media buying (scripts, APIs, bidding strategies).
• Experience with data analysis and dashboarding tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel).
• Solution-oriented, optimistic, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
