What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to fully understand the unique needs of each role.
- Identify and recruit local and international profiles across multiple industries, including operations, engineering, and support.
- Create and implement creative recruitment strategies tailored to each position.
- Write and publish engaging job ads on popular platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, VDAB, company website, and more).
- Actively search for top talent, reaching out to the best candidates directly.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates’ cultural and technical fit.
- Manage the interview process, conducting tests and guiding candidates through the second round with Hiring Managers.
- Provide valuable feedback to all candidates, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
- Negotiate offers and guide successful candidates through contract signing and onboarding.
- Coordinate smooth onboarding processes, from documents to accommodation and everything in between.
- Build lasting relationships with schools and take part in exciting recruitment events.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in recruitment, particularly in technical fields and international talent acquisition.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Dutch – You know how to connect with people!
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other online recruitment platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effortlessly.
- A proactive mindset with a drive to achieve results and solve problems.
- High energy, positivity, and a passion for building meaningful relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
