Your responsibilities for this position of Project Manager

Oversee and manage corporate events (Belgium), including end-of-year parties, festivals, roadshows, and other activations ; Lead project management for private events (Belgium), such as weddings, birthdays, and wedding fairs ; Collaborate with the operations team to plan routes, hire staff, and ensure smooth logistics for events ; Prepare budget estimates and cost assessments for transport and event preparation ; Identify and build relationships with new suppliers to support high-quality activations ; Assist the Head of Operations on various tasks and initiatives as needed.

The required qualifications for this position of Project Manager

Multilingual proficiency Fluent in Dutch, French, and English ; - years of experience in event management or logistics (preferred) ; Effective communication skills-both written and verbal-with attention to detail ; Strong organizational and time-management skills, including multitasking abilities and prioritization ; Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work proactively, independently, and under strict deadlines ; Team-player with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
