Finance Manager

Robert Half is currently looking for a Finance Manager ad interim (m/f/x) for a 6 months assignment.

The company is based in the Hasselt region .

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Oversee and manage the accounting team with strong leadership.
• Act as a finance business partner to internal business units, fostering collaboration and supporting financial goals.
• Provide expertise in general accounting activities, covering processes from A-Z.
• Take charge of daily cash management , working capital optimization , credit management , and cash flow reporting to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with corporate income tax, VAT regulations, and other statutory requirements.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• A proven track record of experience in people management , with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA , leveraging advanced ERP solutions to streamline financial operations.
• Trilingual proficiency , ensuring smooth communication across languages.
• Excellent relationship skills , essential for cross-department collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
