We are looking for a Digital Analyst who can create dashboards using Adobe Analytics from scratch, not by using existing samples and templates. The HM asks the candidates to perform a test during an interview therefore it is crucial that you verify this piece of information with your candidates (ideally a trilingual candidate, but if not possible, FR/EN or NL/EN is fine). As digital analytics professional you will be responsible for analysing customer behaviour and providing business insights for our Proximus websites and apps. You will manage and maintain the web analytics implementation for our websites and apps, ensuring consistent tracking, analysis and reporting of core website KPI?s You have a close affinity with the evolution of online business in all fields (pre-sales, sales, servicing, support, etc.) detecting trends in the surfing behavior and usage of the website and apps Required Responsibilities: Understand the digital business functionalities and pain-points Translate Business requirements into tagging guidelines Develop dashboards in adobe analytics Conduct pro-active analysis Degree & Experience: Medior profile Minimum 2-5 years of experience in digital analytics You have experience in creating Adobe analytics dashboards You have experience providing data layer recommendations Technical Skills: You are an expert in Adobe analytics (Complex segments, Calculated metrics?) You are familiar with Google Analytics and Looker Studio Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint You are familiar with Content square Attitudes/Behaviour: You are able to work with limited supervision The digital business is your passion You are motivated and eager to learn Languages: FR/EN or NL/EN Location: Brussels, 2 days/week
