About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OMP Supply Chain Consultant to join our world-renowned consultancy. This role offers the opportunity to work with top-tier clients, leveraging OMP technology to optimize supply chain planning and execution. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact solutions, managing stakeholders, and driving digital transformation in supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End OMP Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy OMP solutions across demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and scheduling.
• Functional & Technical Expertise: Leverage deep OMP knowledge to solve complex supply chain challenges, ensuring best practices and optimal system performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior business leaders, IT teams, and operational users to align OMP solutions with business needs.
• Client-Facing Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through digital transformation initiatives and OMP best practices.
• Hands-On Execution: Provide functional and technical expertise, ensuring seamless integration, testing, and deployment of OMP solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with OMP advancements and industry trends to provide innovative recommendations.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsOMP Expertise: Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing OMP supply chain solutions.
• Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, scheduling, and S&OP.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to work hands-on with OMP technology, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
• Consulting Experience: Prior experience in a consulting environment, working with global clients on digital supply chain transformation.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: Strong communication skills, able to engage with senior executives and technical teams effectively.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze complex supply chain challenges and provide strategic, data-driven solutions.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
