Robert Half is currently recruiting a Hands-on Employer Manager to join an innovative manufacturing company .

Our client is a retail company located in Antwerp .

The scope of responsibilities for this job include

Oversee and manage all operations, including payables, receivables , and payroll; Prepare and deliver financial reports, monthly data for consolidation , and cash flow reports ; Handle month-end and year-end closings, ensuring accuracy and completeness; Guarantee compliance with Belgian GAAP and financial statement security; Manage tax filings in compliance with Belgian regulations; Perform diverse administrative tasks to support business operations; Act as a point of contact for financial audits, tax consultants, and other stakeholders.

The requested qualifications for this job include

A degree in Business Administration, , or a related field; At least years of professional experience in a similar role; Solid knowledge of Belgian tax and GAAP regulations; Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and English ; knowledge of French or German is a plus; Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is advantageous; Background in the subsidiary of a multinational corporation is beneficial; Experience with group consolidation is a plus; Strong analytical , communication , and organizational skills; Residency in the Antwerp region or willingness to relocate there.
