RECEPTIONIST – OFFICE ASSISTANT

YOUR CHALLENGES

As an Office Assistant, you are the face of our organization. You ensure a friendly reception for colleagues, visitors, and customers. Additionally, you ensure smooth telephone communication and answer questions as best as possible. You handle the mail and process documents from various courier services, distributing them to the relevant departments. You also perform various administrative tasks such as managing the mailbox, reserving meeting rooms, and placing orders when requested (sandwiches, office supplies, taxi, etc.).

You provide administrative support to the operational teams at our office on Michiganstraat in Antwerp. Additionally, you are the back-up of our office assistant at our headquarters based on Vossenschijnstraat in Antwerp. All your tasks are performed critically and with great attention to quality and efficiency.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

You preferably have a Bachelor's degree in Office Management and are looking forward to an administrative job. Interest and knowledge of the logistics world are a plus. You are someone who likes to work accurately and is socially oriented. You are highly communicative and can express yourself very well in Dutch and English, and preferably also in French. You are proficient with computers and have a sense of responsibility. You can plan and organize independently to ensure all tasks are completed on time. You do all this with a smile on your face! You also provide necessary support for certain matters to our international offices. Additionally, you are an optimistic team player but can also stand your ground solo. In this role, you work together with a fellow office assistant and are part of a young and dynamic group that tackles all challenges with you.
