Scheduling Specialist – Infrastructure Projects

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Contract position: 12 months

As a Scheduling Specialist, you will support infrastructure projects, assisting Program Managers in defining, maintaining, and optimising project schedules.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing schedule management strategies
• Establishing and consolidating project schedules using MS Project/Primavera P6
• Performing schedule risk analysis and impact assessments
• Ensuring synchronization between scheduling, procurement, and interface management
• Training and coaching teams on schedule management best practices

Preference:

• 10+ years’ experience in schedule management of infrastructure projects
• Expertise in MS Project/Primavera P6 and project management methodologies (PMI/PMBOK)
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in English and Dutch or French (basic knowledge of the other national language)
• Knowledge of high-voltage transmission infrastructure is a plus
