This company has evolved to be a prominent participant in the commercial and industrial decarbonization markets. In recent years, the company has expanded significantly and executed some of the largest solar projects to help decarbonization in Belgium.

In addition, they are rapidly growing across Europe. They specialize in behind-the-meter decarbonization solutions for commercial and industrial customers. The company began with solar PV projects and is currently expanding into battery storage, e-mobility, onshore wind energy, and heat solutions.

The role:

• You will manage the energy portfolio of large-scale solar parks, totaling 190MWp (EUR 125 million).
• You follow up on our long-term contracts with O&M subcontractors and monitor duties.
• You oversee the planning of both scheduled and unplanned interventions at the different installations. These solutions include technological interventions, cleaning, and greenkeeping.
• You monitor alerts and provide an accurate diagnosis of the necessary interventions.
• You report on a regular basis on the interventions and performance of each installation to the asset and portfolio management;
• You check the safety of each installation and maintain regular communication with the surveillance crews.
• You handle the projected budgets and review the associated bills.
• You serve as the point of contact for clients and subcontractors.
• You are expected.

The Requirements:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in a technical subject, ideally electricity, electronics, or electromechanics.
• 3+ years of experience with PV installations
• You are an expert at planning, organizing, and working proactively.
• You have a great analytical insight and work extremely precisely, with an eye for quality;
• You meticulously keep track of all administration, both on paper and online.
• You communicate fluently with all parties, both verbally and writing.
• You have a very excellent command of Dutch, as well as a decent understanding of French and/or English;
