We are looking for a CNH Business System Academy Competence & Training Manager who works from our site in Antwerp or Zedelgem.
Role & Responsibilities:
In support of CNH global goals and beliefs, reports to the CBS Global Academy leader, to be the global reference on the core CBS+ Academy Competence and Training process.

· Highly effective training/Kaizen, best practice, Mentoring, Storytelling Process with contents which enable impactful and easy to facilitate learning experiences while delivering tangible improvements at point of impact.

Critical Candidate Characteristics, Skills and Experience:
Education
Undergraduate degree in engineering, business or other area related to the core function. Graduate on business or computer science is desired.
Professional & Personal
· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in complex product design and Industrial manufacturing business.
· Extensive knowledge of continuous improvements process and tools coming from lean methodology application on complex operations.
· Proven experience in using/teaching Lean Toolsets, Root Cause Problem Solving and similar continuous improvement methods to deliver high rates of year over year improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Profitability and Customer satisfaction.
· Good experience in building and maintaining world class Quality Systems including;
· Experience driving increased customer focus, understanding and value creation across a very internally focused organization.
· Innovative thinker, but even more importantly, able to help other leaders and teams get “outside the box” and drive “breakthrough thinking”.
Critical Leadership skills/experience:
· Fluency on English, spoken and written. Other languages are a plus.
· Ability and desire to grow into senior leadership roles within Operations or other business functions.
· Due to global responsibility candidate can be in any of our regions, while preferably on NA or EMEA due to the complexity and number of plants involved.
· Able to work from one of CNH sites on hybrid mode (not fully remote).
· Willingness/ability to travel as needed.
