Business Analyst – Young Talent Immersion Program

Are you a recent graduate or young professional (with up to 18 months of experience) looking to launch your career at the crossroads of Finance and IT?

We’re currently looking for motivated junior profiles to join upcoming client missions. You’ll join a learning journey that combines concrete client experience with continuous support and training — all in line with the values that define escent.

About the Program

You will start your first mission directly within one of our partner clients, where you’ll contribute to projects related to digital transformation, business and functional analysis, primarily in the financial, banking or insurance sectors.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Finance, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• You have just graduated, or you have maximum 18 months experience in business analysis, finance, process management, project management or testing roles ;
• Alternatively, you may also gained a first experience in an operational role in the financial, banking, insurance industry or in a IT role within the financial industry.
• Strong interest in financial, banking or insurance industry
• Strong interest in technology, digital transformation and IT systems
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with scripting/coding and prior experience with programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript) is a plus
• Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar is an advantage
• Fluent in English and French (knowledge of Dutch is a plus)
