About the Role

As a Group Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our Corporate Tax Team, reporting directly to the Transfer Pricing Manager in Belgium. Your primary focus will be on the development, implementation, and maintenance of transfer pricing (TP) policies and practices across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliance and optimize intercompany transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain TP policies and guidelines within the group.
• Ensure compliance with TP regulations by overseeing the correct application of TP policies.
• Support TP projects, functional and risk analyses, and financial simulations.
• Prepare and review quarterly and year-end TP calculations and adjustments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Stay updated on global TP regulations and assess their impact on the company.
• Assist in TP audits and provide support to local finance managers.
• Drive TP awareness within the group through training sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including corporate and business controlling.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, preferably with a post-graduate in taxation. A certified tax advisor qualification is a plus.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing, preferably in a multinational corporation or a Big 4 tax consulting firm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and general accounting/finance knowledge.
• Experience with digital tax tools and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English is required.
• If based in Poland, willingness to travel to Belgium (approx. 30% of the time in the first six months).
