What are your responsibilities?

Project Management & Delivery - Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring financial accuracy in tenders, budgets, and client reports. Provide continuous contract support and conduct financial reviews with project managers. Financial Oversight & Reporting - Maintain financial integrity through regular project performance evaluations, tax compliance reviews, and reporting on contract work in progress and key performance indicators. Cash Flow & Billing - Ensure accurate cash flow forecasting and timely invoicing to optimize income receipt and financial stability. Audit & Compliance - Lead expenditure verification audits and support adherence to financial procedures, ensuring best practices within the business unit. Business Partner Support - Assist Employer business partners in implementing financial systems, providing insights at internal contract meetings, and ensuring seamless Employer operations. Process Improvement & Team Support - Drive efficiency in financial management, contribute to system enhancements, and support overall team functions with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor or Master degree in , Employer or similar area Strong knowledge and experience in Employer procedures and processes Experience with expenditure verification audits Proficient in Excel and other financial tools A team player with an independent and proactive mindset Excellent knowledge of French and/or Dutch with a professional knowledge of English Client-focused approach Continuous learning mindset
