Robert Half is currently looking for a English speaking Customer Service professional.

The company is located in Zaventem, and this is a full-time position in an international environment. After the interim period, the positions can lead to a fixed contract.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service role include

Processing customer orders in Oracle Managing incoming phone calls, s, and other communication channels from customers. Providing accurate and timely information about products, services, and orders to customers. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and customer-friendly manner. Recording customer interactions and updating customer databases. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications required for the Customer Service position

Minimum first experience in a customer service role . Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages are a big plus ( Dutch and/or German preferred) Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a solution-oriented manner. You are a belgian resident and have a valid work permit to work here. You are able to work in the Zaventem minimum days per week, day home is possible. Knowledge of MS (Word, Excel, Outlook).
