KYC Officer

Know your Customer (KYC) recertification of Corporate Banking (international) companies with a turnover exceeding 7,5 Mio EUR = Mission relates to the updating of KYC information on our clients portfolio.

👜Responsibilities

• Be able to understand and apply the full KYC process (incl. cross border aspect) based on legal and international requirements and processes.
• In charge of portfolio of KYC files to update:

• analysis of type of information / documents to receive from the client
• client contact and follow-up to ensure the requested information is received on time
• ensure file completeness and encode the information in the systems

• Collaboration with relationship managers of the clients and/or compliance departments to discuss potential issues and find solutions.
• Communicate on the progress (and in case of potential difficulties) with the team manager.

💪Hard Skills

Mandatory:

• Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent (economical, juridical, business management)
• Experience in KYC processes & tasks with corporate clients is a strong plus
• Good expertise in MS Office
• Familiar with various IT Tools
• Fluent in French and Dutch, good level of English is a plus

Preferable:

• Strong interest in finance and banking (products)
• Experience in banking KYC domain
• Commercial experience
