Store Manager

Purpose of the Role:

We are hiring Store Manager (Full time) for our Havaianas Maasmechelen Village Outlet Store (Zetellaan 100, 3630 Maasmechelen, Belgium) to lead the store, reaching the annual sales target by managing the sales team and by implementing the Marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of the Store team:

• Working timetables / Substitutions / Holidays
• Motivation of the team
• Report of the monthly hours worked by the team
• Link with Retail Coordinator

Management of the Store:

• Sales analysis in order to provide the adequate information to EHQ and Local for the replenishment of the products
• Sales reporting
• Control packing bills and received product
• Set the arrivals in the store, following the EHQ and Local guidelines
• Store’ stock supervision
• Cash collection and cash balance
• Assure the correct implementation of the Visual Merchandising strategy for the store
• Coordinate with marketing dept. publicity actions in the stores (material needs, involved product)
• General store’ supervision

Sales:

• Sell the product to the customers, with the highest level of attention and assuring the best customer service
• Exhibition replenishment

Requirements:

• Previous experience of at least 3 years as Store Manager or Concession Manager.
• Knowledge of Office Package.
• Task, priorities and time management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• English Level: B2.
• Organizational Skills.
• Effectiveness.
• Capacity to adapt to changes.
• Accustomed to work under pressure
• Team players who know how to work in dynamic-demanding customer service environment to offer a unique experience at our point of sale.
