We are looking for a talented and motivated VIE Junior HR Business Partner to join our HR department in Belgium. This role offers a unique opportunity for a young graduate to gain hands-on experience in HR while being the right hand of the HR BP and the team. The candidate will actively contribute to the implementation of HR policies and processes, ensuring smooth operations and employee engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Draft and publish job advertisements online.
- Manage and track applications, supporting the selection process.
- Organize and coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
- Serve as the go-to person for young graduates, fostering a welcoming environment.
- Represent the company at job fairs and school partnership events.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and support the organization of training sessions.
- Register employees for training and monitor training assessments.
- Assist in HR development initiatives, including diversity, mobility, and career management.
- Register/ manage qualifications obtained through training or experience
HR Operations & Administration
- Support HR logistics and the organization of HR-related events.
- Assist with personnel administration, including hiring, promotions, and departures.
- Help develop and implement HR documentation, such as compliance standards and employee handbooks.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, previous experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster positive relationships.
- Strong Microsoft office skills, Success Factors is a plus.
- Excellent planning, organization, and coordination skills.
- Adaptability, agility, and creativity in problem-solving.
- Proactive and curious mindset with an eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in English and French, additional languages are a plus (especially Dutch). Willingness to learn a new language.
