As Senior Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for

Financial Oversight & Compliance - Serve as the senior manager for legal entities in Belgium, France, and the Netherlands, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, tax regulations, and other statutory reporting requirements; Closing & Reporting - Oversee monthly IFRS closings, validate P&L and balance sheet accuracy, and provide financial analysis to support business decision-making; Pulrocess Optimization & Standardization - Collaborate with back office, centers of excellence and Global Process Owner teams to align local and global reporting standards, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency; Audit & Internal Controls - Act as the primary contact for audits and regulatory reporting while ensuring strong internal controls and adherence to corporate policies; Strategic Leadership - Lead entity forecasting processe, support tax compliance in coordination with Group Tax, and monitor financial health of assigned legal entities.

The required profile for the Senior Manager (m/f/x) position

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Employer, , or a related field; CPA title is an asset; Minimum years of experience in Employer, , or controlling, preferably in an industrial environment with a focus on cost and cash flow management; Strong knowledge of digital Employer, controlling, and operational management systems; Experience with SAP modules and other financial tools; Strong change management and stakeholder engagement abilities; Proven experience in project management and cross-department collaboration; Skilled in team organization, coaching, and leadership; Proactive, independent, and self-driven with a strong problem-solving mindset; Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills; Effective in multicultural and international environments.
