About this role: As our Account Manager, you are responsible for managing partners. You are an industry expert, conducting face-to-face and also phone performance reviews and you are committed to establishing a long-term business relationship. Your aim is to boost performance (upsell/cross-sell), continuously optimize partners, and avoid churn, while acting as a brand ambassador. These are some of the key ingredients to the role: You're responsible for managing a pool of high valued restaurants in the Antwerp region, helping to develop their success on our platform by cultivating long-lasting partner relationships You will be in control of your area & will define a clear strategy (within the company guidelines) and achieve the most amazing results with your partners You define a commercial proposal for portfolio partners, in order to create a strong and sustainable partnership with them Be aware, stay eager to learn and share all what's happening in your region and anticipate when needed (often in collaboration with Account Managers) Exchange and collaborate with other departments & teams (projects, ideas, problems, …) You convince our partners to adopt our various tools & services You work on exciting projects such as Horeca Expo or our Best Restaurant awards, e.g. in cooperation with other teams What will you bring to the table? Strong commercial & communication skills making you a reliable and valuable advisor for our partner Strong experience in account management and/or sales, with a track record in convincing clients / partners to follow your advice & recommendations Dutch speaker (spoken and written) - Good level of English. Strong communicator, good in convincing, proactive approach and strong sense of responsibility Willing to be in the field (Valid Driver's License) for most of your week.
