Join our journey of growth and innovation—where your talent can make a real impact. We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Transactional Accountant to support our Finance team in Brussels. You’ll play a key role in the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions across accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and intercompany operations within a multi-entity environment. This is an ideal role for someone with a first solid experience in accounting, eager to grow within an international and fast-paced real estate company. Your Main Responsibilities Accounts Payable Process supplier invoices: scan, code, and ensure timely approval Support the payment run process Maintain vendor master data and manage supplier communications Own and operate the OCR system for invoice handling Prepare AP reports (aging, non-approved invoices, master data updates) Manage the finance inbox and incoming inquiries Accounts Receivable Create and send client invoices in line with internal processes Maintain customer master data Follow up on client payments and send reminders Improve credit and collection processes Generate AR aging and unpaid invoice reports Intercompany Create, book, and reconcile intercompany invoices Ensure accurate intercompany balance reconciliation Process & Compliance Support month-end closing and internal control initiatives Assist in improving digital tools and financial reporting systems Resolve discrepancies and identify process improvement opportunities Your profile Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent At least 3 years of relevant experience Fluent in English and Dutch or French Proficient in Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Business Central and Power BI is a plus Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven Strong communication skills and team spirit Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing environment What we offer A dynamic role in a growing international company An innovative, collaborative culture with room for initiative Competitive salary package with extra-legal benefits Modern, vibrant workplace in central Brussels Training and development opportunities
