We're working with a forward-thinking, AI-driven SaaS company with a growing global footprint, who are currently looking for a Software Engineer to join their development team based in St-Niklaas. The company delivers AI-driven software solutions to customers worldwide, leveraging the latest in Machine Learning and automation to enhance Sales and data-driven marketing in global businesses. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the team to design web applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScriptTake ownership of features from concept to deployment and maintenance, ensuring high performanceWork closely with product and design teams to understand user needs and translate them into effective solutionsBuild and maintain reusable components and libraries for future useContribute to architectural decisions and advocate for best practices in code quality, testing, and performanceTroubleshoot and debug production issues, continuously improving the stability and reliability of the platformActively participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing within the team Your profile3+ years of experience in a Full-Stack or front-end engineering roleProficient in React, Node.js, and TypeScriptSolid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), web standards, and responsive designExperience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programmingFamiliar with GIT, CI/CD workflows, and agile development methodologiesComfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and autonomy is encouraged OfferWorking on a genuinely unique and high-potential SaaS applicationDirect impact on the product and roadmap decisions, with opportunities to work on AI-integrated featuresA small, highly collaborative team where your voice matters and initiative is welcomedFlexible working hours and hybrid work options - typically 3 days remote working (with a base in St-Niklaas)Between EUR4.500 gross monthly salary depending on experience and interview processFull package including company car
