Your role As our company has huge ambitions, we leverage digitalization and automated processes to inform our customers in the most proactive and personalized way. As a Marketing Automation Advisor, you will join the marcom team and work closely with our sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals. You will be the main point of contact for the setup of all external communications and the go-to person in the organization for technical questions related to email marketing and marketing automation. Your Tasks: Build emails for ad hoc communications written by our External Communication Expert and quarterly newsletters written by the Content Marketing Advisor. Manage all transactional communications linked to our online user management interface in collaboration with our local Digital IT Team. Think about what internal processes need optimization and develop new automations based on the needs of our business in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with the support of our Global Digital Team. Design and implement automated lead nurturing and lead scoring email campaigns to engage with prospects and customers at every stage of the buyer's journey. Collaborate with our Partnership MarCom Expert to design engaging email templates, landing pages, and other assets in a multibrand environment. Own the automated journeys hosted in our different systems. Maintain, monitor, and analyze the effectiveness of automation campaigns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. You think along about improvements within your field and always strive to stay up-to-date with developments in the domain of marketing automation. You have experience with the use of Marketing Cloud as a tool, with the rollout of automated journeys, or are eager to learn everything about it since you are aware of the added value of marketing automation for our business. You have a can-do mentality, always striving for the best and better, with a focus on action. You have the ability to set priorities effectively. You are a pro-active team player without boundaries and can work seamlessly with colleagues across different departments.
