Head Of Pricing Europe

We are seeking an experienced Head of Pricing (Europe) to lead a European pricing strategy for a multinational company operating in the automotive industry. This strategic role is responsible for defining and overseeing pricing execution across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.

Location: Brussels, Rome, Madrid, or Frankfurt

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a European-wide consumer pricing strategy, ensuring consistency across inter-channel price structures.
• Lead and manage a team of Pricing Leads, driving pricing excellence and governance.
• Oversee price condition settings, negotiation strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Drive the development and rollout of a digital pricing tool across the region.
• Lead pricing strategies for Pan-European customer tenders and high-level negotiations.
• Track financial performance, analyze price variances, and report deviations to senior leadership.
• Conduct market analysis and pricing modeling to support business decision-making.
• Drive pricing transformation projects to enhance processes and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.

Experience:

• 10+ years in pricing roles within multinational environments.
• Preferably multiple years of experience in leading (various) teams.

Industry Exposure:

• B2B experience preferred; understanding of automotive and mobility trends is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in pricing strategy, financial modeling, and market analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Familiarity with pricing optimization tools (PriceFX, Vendavo, Zilliant) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
