Senior Software Engineer

I am seeking a seasoned Software Engineer/DevOps candidate to join an expanding leading Data/Analytics team.

Role:

• Build and maintain pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Oversee smooth rollouts of application updates.
• Develop tools for contract-first API communication between microservices.
• Write clean backend code in Golang and Java. Occasionally contribute to frontend features using TypeScript.
• Work closely with engineers, QA, and security to align infrastructure with company and compliance goals.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems to maintain performance and availability. Evaluate new cloud technologies for platform enhancement.

Ideal candidate:

• Strong in Golang and Java; Python and TypeScript are a plus. Solid API development experience.
• Proven ability to build pipelines, automate workflows, and support high-availability systems.
• Good grasp of Kubernetes. Familiarity with AWS (preferred) and Azure.
• Problem-solver with strong communication skills. Comfortable explaining technical concepts clearly.

Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus.

Salary around 80k gross per annum

Hybrid working 2 on 3 off (60% remote)
