SAP Ariba Supplier Enablement Functional Support – Freelance Contract

We’re supporting a world-leading sustainable technology company in their search for a Functional SAP Ariba Specialist to help onboard and support suppliers across the Ariba Network.

You'll join a dedicated team focused on enabling suppliers to transact, manage catalogues, and integrate invoicing via Ariba, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Key responsibilities:

• Onboard suppliers and manage catalogue setup (static and punch-out)
• Support invoice integration and follow through to completion
• Provide deep functional support with Ariba content enablement tools
• Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and coordinate technical escalations
• Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams
• Maintain documentation and provide training where needed
• Ensure compliance and track enablement KPIs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with SAP Ariba Supplier Enablement and Ariba Network
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a functional role with strong ability to troubleshoot integration issues
• Deep knowledge of Ariba content enablement tools and catalogue integration processes
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a strong plus
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
• Familiarity with procurement or finance processes is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills are an advantage

Location:

• Remote possible, but preference for Belgium-based candidates (hybrid model with 2–3 days per week in the office)
• Must be available during Belgian business hours

Start date: ASAP

Duration: Until 31 December 2025 (extension likely)
