As a B2B Marketer at Astra+, you’ll play a key role in helping ambitious companies—from fast-moving startups to established players—build and execute high-impact marketing strategies. You’ll be embedded within client teams, where you’ll help shape their presence, generate quality leads, and drive sustainable growth across every stage of the funnel.

How you will make an impact

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
• Implement and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems, focusing on HubSpot.
• Design and manage content-driven marketing initiatives across the full customer journey, leveraging the right channels at the right time—whether that's SEO, SEA, account-based marketing, email marketing, or others—to engage, nurture, and convert the right audiences.
• Analyze marketing performance data to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
• Collaborate closely with client teams, acting as an integral member to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Stay abreast of B2B marketing trends and tools to improve client outcomes continuously.
