Ensures the monitoring of the activity and the management of the project portfolio
Collects all the information (reports, projects, finances, load plans, HR, etc.) and builds or makes available indicators to measure performance and highlight alerts to be processed

Performs diagnostic reviews of a project (or a set of projects) by analyzing all axes (project management, technical control, process or applied methodology) to identify actions aimed at improving performance
