Property Asset Manager


Azure is Hiring a Property/Asset Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Property/Asset Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational and commercial day-to-day management of our real estate portfolio under management , collaborating closely with both internal teams and external consultants ensuring efficiency and optimal performance of the portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:


Portfolio Management:

  • Optimize existing leases to maximize returns and tenant satisfaction
  • Conduct regular lease reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor existing leases of the portfolio
  • Identify opportunities to enhance portfolio performance through strategic reviews


Leasing Coordination:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive leasing strategy in collaboration with agents, leasing coordinators, and property managers.
  • Handle the entire leasing process, from commercialization to negotiation and lease execution


Property Management Coordination:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the real estate portfolio in collaboration with (technical) property managers and external consultants.
  • Ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards and address any operational issues promptly.


Coordination of External Consultants:

  • Collaborate with accountants and (external) consultants to manage and oversee portfolio operations.
  • Ensure all projects are executed according to plans, within budget, and on schedule.


Due Diligence & Strategic Projects:

  • Participate in legal and commercial due diligence for property transactions.
  • Contribute to strategic projects that enhance portfolio value and operational efficiency.


The ideal candidate:

Education:

  • A degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, leasing coordination or related roles within the real estate sector, with a strong emphasis on property and commercial operations.

Languages:

  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in all three languages.

Tools & Software:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant property management tools

Skills:

  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
