Your Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and audit suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Oversee design changes and ensure product safety
• Negotiate and manage quality agreements with suppliers and manufacturers
• Collaborate with R&D to maintain quality standards during manufacturing
• Prepare for and actively participate in both internal and external quality audits

Requirements

• Master’s in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or equivalent
• 5+ years in Quality or Supplier Quality roles in the medical device industry (pharma a plus)
• Solid knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR, ISO 14971; GMP and other regulations are a bonus
• Experienced in supplier audits and qualification
• Skilled in interpreting technical/regulatory documents and quality standards
• Strong communicator and negotiator, effective with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solver focused on continuous quality improvement
• Fluent in English required, Dutch/French is a plus
