Location: Genk (Belgium)

Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in sales and/or business development

Industry Experience: Construction systems or insulation (preferred)

Travel: Willingness to travel across Europe (indication: 1-3 days every 2 weeks)

Languages Required: Dutch, English, German, French

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to expand our market presence for

our high-performance binders used in insulation morter (EPS morter) and cementless screed

applications. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our distributor network,

developing new partnerships, and engaging with installers across Europe.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing distributor relationships in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, and Ireland.
  • Identify, appoint, and train new distributors in Scandinavia, Italy, Austria, and Germany.
  • Promote and sell Aerobel’s innovative binder solutions:
  • Aerobinder & Ecobinder – binders for EPS mortar to create an insulating floor layer.
  • Aeroscreed – binder for cementless screed.
  • Aeromix FPU – binder mixed with EPS beads (without cement) for insulating floor applications.
  • Support and visit installers in various markets, ensuring they are well-equipped and then referring them to the appropriate local distributors.
  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing market strategies to expand the adoption of Aerobel’s solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction systems or insulation.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage distributor networks and client relationships.
  • Strong technical understanding of construction and insulation materials (preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
  • Fluent in Dutch, English, German, and French (mandatory; fluent means: able to conduct atechnical conversation and communicate efficiently, it does not mean you have to speak the language flawlessly).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.
