Role Description

We’re looking for a full-time EU Project Manager to join our team in Brussels. Flexible hybrid working options are possible. In this role, the Project Manager will work on a Framework contract with the European Institutions, bodies and agencies.

The Project Manager will be responsible for analysing clients' training requests and challenges and proposing the best fit qualitative solutions by serving as the primary point of contact to the client, identifying suitable facilitators, preparing offers, and ensuring project success from inception to completion.

Additionally, you’ll stay ahead of emerging trends and turn insights into forward-thinking solutions for our clients.

In your role, you will also have the opportunity sometimes to participate in applications to call for tenders.

Qualifications

• Expertise in project management: the ability to work on several projects simultaneously;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients;
• Ability to manage the project budget and ensure its reporting;
• Fluency in English mandatory. French and Dutch are a plus;
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field is preferred;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
• Experience in the training or education industry is a plus.
• Autonomous and unflinching team spirit;
• You’re a hands-on problem solver who takes initiative and thrive on tackling challenges.
