MES Consultant

Join our team of experienced manufacturing specialists, where you’ll provide expert consulting and implementation services for our clients. Your in-depth understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) will be instrumental in designing and delivering tailored solutions that optimize manufacturing processes.

Your Role:

• Advise clients on digital transformation strategies, helping them modernize their manufacturing operations through MES solutions.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to define business requirements, assess feasibility, and ensure strategic alignment.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of MES-related business processes, including master data configuration.
• Guide MES developers and collaborate on solution architecture to ensure seamless execution.
• Engage with key decision-makers, lead proposal development efforts, and contribute to business growth initiatives.
• Stay at the forefront of industry advancements, developing thought leadership content, participating in industry events, and sharing knowledge within the team.

What You Bring:

• A deep passion for smart manufacturing and digital innovation in a global landscape.
• Proven experience delivering technology-driven business solutions, leading multiple full-cycle MES implementations.
• Strong background in MES strategy development, system design, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
• Experience in Life Sciences or Medical Devices industries.
• PAS-X expertise is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with sound decision-making abilities.
• 2-5 years of industry experience.
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
