Position: Change Manager


Responsabilities:


  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of the change management process for multiple projects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential impacts of change on people, processes, and technology.
  • Develop change management strategies and plans that minimise resistance and maximise engagement and adoption.
  • Create and deliver change management training and communication to ensure understanding and buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a mentor and coach guiding stakeholders through the change process.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Master’s degree
  • 5 to 7 years of a proven experience in Change Management
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organization where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholder
  • Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
  • Thorough knowledge of French and English (Dutch is an asset)
