What you will do

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to reinforce our growing organization. You are part of our Talent Management department and you work in close collaboration with the Business management team. You are a key enabler to pursue Phinest’s ambitions.

You are looking for a human-centered company, you have a passion for people, and you want to have a strong impact on people and organizations, then you could be the right person for this position.


What will your challenges be

Co-create Phinest recruitment strategy:

  • Make sure recruitment roadmap enables business growth and matches business expectations
  • Be creative and propose the best approach and tools to attract the most talented candidates

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle:

  • Identify and contact the selected candidates
  • Run the 1st interview to inspire candidates and assess their skills and ambitions
  • Be the privileged contact during the entire recruitment process until their onboarding

Boost Phinest marketing and external and internal communication:

  • Enhance Phinest visibility and employer branding (digital marketing, corporate events, University campus, partnership...)
  • Participle and organize the internal activities and events

Support the Talent Management department with the HR Business Partner

  • Organize the onboarding process
  • Help for the training plan
  • Support the HR activities such as: contract, payroll , package….


Who you are

  • Master’s degree in management, human resource, or equivalent
  • You hold a demonstrate passion for people and recruitment
  • You have the ability to speak and attract a wide range of top talented consultants – from junior to expert
  • You are proactive and you have a strong intra/entrepreneurial spirit
  • You have excellent listening and communication skills
  • You are resilient with a can-do attitude and you are results driven
  • Fluent in English, French, and Dutch
