Your responsibilities

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about payroll? We are looking for a skilled Payroll administrator to join our team and ensure the management of payroll processes and HR admin tasks. In this role, you will handle payroll operations while collaborating with internal stakeholders across different departments. Manage end-to-end payroll processing with high accuracy and efficiency within Eblox.

• Provide guidance to employees regarding payroll-related questions
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Support ongoing improvement initiatives for payroll systems and processes.
• Perform HR admin activities: contracts and addenda, reporting, absence managementsupporting our contract management for our employees, temps and contractors, maintaining our organization charts, updating our different HR dashboards/databases based on input from the team, participating in reports creation, assist in the preparation of Works Council and Health & Safety Committee meetings, …

Who are we looking for?

• You have at leastup to 2 years of relevant payroll experience and want to grow within HR.
• You are organized, detail oriented and you can manage different priorities at the same time.
• You thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• You are a team player, passionate in your work
• You have an excellent business knowledge of Dutch (written and spoken) a very good knowledge of English and/or French is a plus.
• Familiarity with eBlox is an added value, knowledge of Workday is even better.
