As part of its continued growth, ALTEN Belgium is looking for a Fleet Business Coordinator– B2B Connected Data Services to join the Connected Technologies department of a global leader in the automotive industry. This department is expanding its B2B data business, delivering advanced connected vehicle services to both internal stakeholders (e.g., After Sales, Insurance, Finance) and external customers (e.g., fleet operators, leasing companies, and third-party platforms).

🎯 Your Mission

As a Fleet Business Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping translate fleet customer needs into technical and data service requirements. You will support product managers and business analysts, ensuring that business and technical teams work cohesively to deliver value to fleet customers.

You will engage with both internal stakeholders and external partners to clarify and prioritize the development of connected vehicle services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of the fleet and LCV market.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Support product managers and the business analyst in understanding fleet customer requirements and translating them into technical and data service needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party partners to clarify use cases involving connected vehicle data.
• Leverage your knowledge of fleet operations and LCV business models to help prioritize feature development and service enhancements.
• Contribute to defining and improving API-based data delivery mechanisms for fleet clients.
• Assist in ensuring regulatory compliance for data sharing with public authorities (e.g., safety, emissions).
• Act as a bridge between the Connected Technologies department and external-facing teams handling customer relationships in the fleet ecosystem.

🧠 Your Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in the fleet industry or LCV segment (e.g., fleet operations, leasing, telematics, fleet sales, product management).
• Solid understanding of fleet customer needs and business models.
• Familiarity with connected vehicle data, APIs, and B2B data sharing models.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.
• Experience working with OEMs, leasing companies, telematics providers, or fleet management platforms is a strong asset.

✅ Nice to Have:

• Previous experience as a product owner or technical business analyst.
• Background in data platforms, API integration, or connected services.
• Understanding of EU regulatory requirements related to connected vehicle data.
• Must be based in Belgium (or willing to relocate) for a hybrid working setup.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
