Description and Key Responsabilities:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Business Data Management department. The intern will focus on improving data quality and integrity within our ATS and CRM systems, supporting our goal of maintaining high standards of data management.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data quality management and contribute to critical business processes.

You will be in charge of:

• Assist in the development and implementation of data quality and integrity protocols for ATS and CRM systems.
• Conduct data audits to identify and rectify data inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and duplicates.Collaborate with team members to analyze data quality issues and develop actionable solutions.
• Support the creation and maintenance of data documentation and standard operating procedures.Participate in data cleaning and enrichment activities to improve overall data quality.
• Assist in the development of data quality metrics and reporting tools to monitor data health.
• Provide support in data migration projects and ensure data integrity during transitions.

Your Profile:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A keen interest in data quality management and its impact on business operations.
