Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Junior Desktop Support / Level 1 (L1) Engineer to join our IT support team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start or grow their career in IT support. You’ll be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation to higher-level support when necessary.

Requirements:

• 2- 4 years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
