Account Manager

As Account Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and analyzing the needs of clients and prospects, ranging from management level to C-suite executives;
• Translating client requirements into custom solutions, guiding them toward their business objectives;
• Managing your portfolio of clients as the primary point of contact, fostering long-term partnerships while staying informed about industry developments;
• Building and maintaining a robust network of highly skilled consultants;
• Conducting regular meetings and follow-ups with technical experts to stay aligned with their motivations and expertise;
• Matching consultants' skills and goals with client needs to deliver optimal results on future projects.

The required profile for the Account Manager (m/f/x) position:

• A master's degree and initial experience in a commercial or people-centric role;
• An excellent level in French or Dutch, with a professional proficiency in English;

• Strong awareness of the Belgian market and its unique dynamics;
