Customer Service Agent

Robert Half is currently looking for a English speaking Customer Service professional.

The company is located in Zaventem, and this is a full-time position in an international environment. After the interim period, the positions can lead to a fixed contract.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service role include:

• Processing customer orders in Oracle
• Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels from customers.
• Providing accurate and timely information about products, services, and orders to customers.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
• Recording customer interactions and updating customer databases.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications required for the Customer Service position:

• Minimum first experience in a customer service role .
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages are a big plus ( Dutch and/or German preferred)
• Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a solution-oriented manner.
• You are a belgian resident and have a valid work permit to work here.
• You are able to work in the office Zaventem minimum 4 days per week, 1 day home office is possible.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
