Customer Service Nordics

Robert Half is currently looking for a Customer Service professional (M/F/X) for the nordics market. The ideal candidate should speak Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and/or Finnish.

The company is located in Zaventem and this is a full-time position in an international environment.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service (M/F/X) role include:

• Managing orders in oracle
• Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels from customers.
• Providing accurate and timely information about products, services and orders to customers.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and customer friendly manner.
• Recording customer interactions and updating customer databases.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications required for the Customer Service (M/F/X) position:

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in either Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish and English, both verbally and in writing. Any other Nordic language is an asset!
• Customer oriented mindset and the ability to work in a solution oriented manner.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
