Civil Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Client to support them on a multiple Renewable Infrastructure projects across Belgium. You will play a critical role in the design and implementation phases of various construction projects, ensuring technical excellence, budget control, planning coordination, and high-quality architectural studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical solutions during the design phase, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Prepare and manage project budgets effectively, maintaining cost control throughout the design and execution phases.
• Contribute to the planning and phasing scenarios of individual projects and the overarching project portfolio.
• Oversee and monitor architectural plans to ensure they align with permit application requirements.
• Manage, coordinate, and follow up on implementation studies, including structural stability assessments and plan development.
• Act as the technical liaison during the detailed design phase, ensuring designers are fully informed of project requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor the performance and deliverables of external study partners
• Draft detailed technical specifications and pricing schedules for contractor selection.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Construction) or equivalent.
• Fluent in Dutch and French (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of architectural techniques, soil mechanics, and basic stability calculations.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and building standards.
