Talent Acquisition Officer – 6-Month Contract (Renewable)

Location: Zwijndrecht, Antwerp, Belgium

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Initial 6-month contract (with possibility of extension)

Work Mode: Onsite during onboarding, then hybrid (2 days/week remote)

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our talent strategy—sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates while promoting our values and culture across the market.





Your Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job needs and specifications
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of roles
  • Organize and conduct interviews (phone & onsite)
  • Manage assessments and reference/background checks
  • Deliver hiring recommendations and assist with offer processes
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment using ATS (Workday preferred)
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines
  • Communicate our culture, values, and benefits to prospects
  • Partner with recruitment agencies, colleges, and industry bodies
  • Track recruitment metrics and report activity


Secondary Duties

  • Support cross-departmental stakeholder management
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and admin tasks





Your Profile

Technical Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday is a strong plus)
  • Skilled in LinkedIn sourcing, MS Office, and recruitment tools


Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and proactive multitasker
  • Able to work autonomously and make sound decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or relevant field (or equivalent experience)


Language Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Additional languages are a plus
