Sales Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our client’s team in Belgium!

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and securing new business opportunities across the region. You’ll represent a leading brand offering tailored services, including international moving, destination services, relocation management, and global mobility solutions to corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including HR and Global Mobility Managers within target organisations.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective corporate clients, fostering long-term, profitable relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Meet and exceed annual revenue and profitability targets through proactive business generation.
• Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and service awareness.
• Lead and coordinate responses to RFQs and RFPs, engaging relevant internal stakeholders.
• Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company at industry events, networking forums, and conferences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic positioning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM system.

Required Skills:

• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English – both written and spoken – is essential.
• Strong ability to consultatively sell multiple services across mobility and moving solutions.
• Experience identifying stakeholders and navigating complex corporate decision-making processes.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Natural relationship builder with strong networking capabilities.
