We are seeking an accomplished Consulting Director to lead and scale our client's AI practice in the Benelux region, with a primary focus on the Telecommunications industry. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a rapidly expanding practice leveraging existing client relationships and building new ones.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a strong understanding of AI, and experience in delivering impactful AI programs within the telco sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the AI consulting practice, driving growth in the Belgian market.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives to define AI strategies that deliver measurable business value.
• Provide strategic leadership on AI projects, overseeing delivery and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the telecommunications sector
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of consulting professionals whilst scaling the practice
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement innovative AI solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in AI consulting leadership, ideally at a senior manager or partner level.
• Background in management consulting, with a preference for candidates from Big 4 firms.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications within the telecommunications industry.
• Ability to lead large-scale AI transformation programs and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong network and knowledge of the Belgian telco landscape.
• Fluency in Dutch and Flemish is essential.
