Geographic Information Systems Analyst

Senior Functional GIS Analyst - Freelance - 6 Months - Hybrid

For our partner, a Belgian Utilities business, we're looking for a Senior Functional GIS Analyst to start a project in May.

You'll be joining the internal team, contributing towards an exciting new GIS Data platform.

What Skills Should You Have?

• Several Years of Experience working with and on Geo-Information Systems.
• Extensive Experience in Functional Analysis.
• Knowledge of Relational Databases (Postgres, SQL Server etc.)
• Understanding of Web Services, APIs & API/Web Service Calling via Postman etc.
• Ideally some .Net knowledge.
• Fluent Dutch speaking & ideally good English speaking experience.

This position requires a weekly on-site presence in Brussels (1x Day Per Week).

This freelance contract is scheduled to start in May but could potentially start earlier. This is a full-time opportunity, and will be for an initial 6 months with a view to extend.
