Regional Customer Support Lead – Belgium & France
Location: Namur, Belgium / Massy, France / Strasbourg, France
Are you a passionate customer service leader looking to make a real impact? We’re seeking a Regional Customer Support Lead to drive excellence across France and Benelux. In this key role, you’ll lead support initiatives, enhance customer experience, and coach a team of Team Leaders to success. This role will suit candidates with a strong background in customer service, leadership, and process improvement. This role will include regular travel within Northern France and the Benelux region, company car is provided.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily operations of the customer support team across Benelux.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional service delivery.
- Identify, develop, and implement innovative support strategies, tools, and processes.
- Lead, mentor, and coach Team Leaders based in Belgium and France.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide informed support.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously seek improvements.
Work Experience:
- Extensive experience in customer support, operations, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and implement support strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly organised with excellent time management.
- Knowledge of performance metrics and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in customer support software and tools.
- Fluent in Dutch and French. Intermediate English language skills also required.
- Comfortable with shift work, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to travel to our France/Benelux sites regularly (Altorf, Massy & Namur)
