Regional Customer Support Lead


Regional Customer Support Lead – Belgium & France

Location: Namur, Belgium / Massy, France / Strasbourg, France


Are you a passionate customer service leader looking to make a real impact? We’re seeking a Regional Customer Support Lead to drive excellence across France and Benelux. In this key role, you’ll lead support initiatives, enhance customer experience, and coach a team of Team Leaders to success. This role will suit candidates with a strong background in customer service, leadership, and process improvement. This role will include regular travel within Northern France and the Benelux region, company car is provided.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Oversee daily operations of the customer support team across Benelux.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional service delivery.
  • Identify, develop, and implement innovative support strategies, tools, and processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach Team Leaders based in Belgium and France.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide informed support.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously seek improvements.


Work Experience:


  • Extensive experience in customer support, operations, or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement support strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in customer support software and tools.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French. Intermediate English language skills also required.
  • Comfortable with shift work, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to travel to our France/Benelux sites regularly (Altorf, Massy & Namur)
