Regional Customer Support Lead


Regional Customer Support Lead – Belgium & France Location: Namur, Belgium / Massy, France / Strasbourg, France Are you a passionate customer service leader looking to make a real impact? We’re seeking a Regional Customer Support Lead to drive excellence across France and Benelux. In this key role, you’ll lead support initiatives, enhance customer experience, and coach a team of Team Leaders to success. This role will suit candidates with a strong background in customer service, leadership, and process improvement. This role will include regular travel within Northern France and the Benelux region, company car is provided. Key responsibilities include: Oversee daily operations of the customer support team across Benelux. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional service delivery. Identify, develop, and implement innovative support strategies, tools, and processes. Lead, mentor, and coach Team Leaders based in Belgium and France. Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide informed support. Prepare and present regular performance reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices. Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously seek improvements. Work Experience: Extensive experience in customer support, operations, or a similar leadership role. Proven ability to develop and implement support strategies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Highly organised with excellent time management. Knowledge of performance metrics and reporting tools. Proficiency in customer support software and tools. Fluent in Dutch and French. Intermediate English language skills also required. Comfortable with shift work, including weekends and holidays.
